Marée basse is about two forgotten artists, and about the cruel contrast between a glittering life, gone once and for all, and the permanent present, weighed down by habits and drunken silences.

Two gruff companions play with danger, trying to convince themselves that they are still fully alive. They live together in a well-oiled routine, but nearly fall apart in anger and frustration when it turns out that not everything runs as smooth as in the days of yore.

Cie Sacékripa returns to Hasselt with Marée basse after a decade, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of this unforgettable show. At high tide, they will also play their new show, Surcouf, at Kapermolenpark.
