During the festival, you can visit our information desk at CCHA/culture center Hasselt (Kunstlaan 5, 3500 Hasselt) for all your inquiries.

  • On Monday, August 5th and Tuesday, August 6th, we are open from 10:00 to 16:00.
  • From Wednesday, August 7th to Sunday, August 11th, we are open from 10:00 to 22:00.

Before and after the festival, you can visit the information desk at Dommelhof (Toekomstlaan 5, 3910 Pelt), open on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Monday, August 12th and Tuesday, August 13th, but you can reach us by phone at +32 (0)11 80 50 02 during normal opening hours on these two days.
